The Old Tweed Bridge sits where the Ettrick Water joins the River Tweed near Sunderland Hall just north of Selkirk.
The old A7 road would have passed over this many years ago. It’s only open to walkers and cyclists now, making it a place I enjoy stopping to watch the fisherman at the river junction.
Graphite on paper
19×19cm
32×32cm with antique white mount in black frame
